Gotoda, Masao; Miyashita, Yasuharu; Takeyama, Kikuo published an article in 1975, the title of the article was Radiation curing of epoxy acrylate prepolymers and their mixtures with vinyl monomers. III. Survey on low vapor pressure vinyl monomers suitable for use in electron beam curable coating compositions.Application of 1985-51-9 And the article contains the following content:
Viscosity, electron beam curability, and properties (of cured coatings on steel) were measured for bisphenol A-epichlorohydrin polymer acrylate [55818-57-0] [Epikote 827 acrylate (I) and Epikote 1001 acrylate (II)] containing 1 of 41 vinyl monomers in 70:30 and 65:35 ratios. The coatings containing I were resistant to salt water but poor in adhesion, and vice versa for coatings containing II. The curability was good for I containing acrylic ester and II containing methacrylic ester. Flexibility of the coatings was not satisfactory. The experimental process involved the reaction of 2,2-Dimethylpropane-1,3-diyl bis(2-methylacrylate)(cas: 1985-51-9).Application of 1985-51-9
The Article related to epoxy acrylate coating crosslinking, electron beam crosslinking coating, Coatings, Inks, and Related Products: Epoxies and other aspects.Application of 1985-51-9
