Esters typically have a pleasant smell; those of low molecular weight are commonly used as fragrances and are found in essential oils and pheromones. 870-50-8, formula is C10H18N2O4, Name is Di-tert-butyl diazene-1,2-dicarboxylate. They perform as high-grade solvents for a broad array of plastics, plasticizers, resins, and lacquers, and are one of the largest classes of synthetic lubricants on the commercial market. COA of Formula: C10H18N2O4.
Min, Xiao-Long;Zhang, Xiu-Lian;Yi, Wenbin; He, Ying research published 《 Bronsted acid-enhanced copper-catalyzed atroposelective cycloisomerization to axially chiral arylquinolizones via dearomatization of pyridine》, the research content is summarized as follows. Herein, the enantioselective synthesis of axially chiral arylquinolizones through an intramol. atroposelective cycloisomerization was reported. The reaction proceeds via the Bronsted acid-enhanced dearomatization of pyridine by a copper catalyst that allows for the formation of the desired products in excellent yields and enantioselectivities. The utility of this methodol. was illustrated by a synthesis on gram scale production and transformation of the products into chiral thiourea catalysts. Mechanistic studies demonstrate that Bronsted acid plays a significant role in promoting the reactivity of the reaction, while both the steric and electronic effects of aryl substituents in substrate play a role in controlling the stereoselectivity.
870-50-8, Di-tert-butyl azodicarboxylate, also known as Di-tert-butyl azodicarboxylate, is a useful research compound. Its molecular formula is C₁₀H₁₈N₂O₄ and its molecular weight is 230.26 g/mol. The purity is usually 95%.
Di-tert-butyl azodicarboxylate is a reagent used in the electrophilic amination of β-keto esters catalyzed by an axially chiral guanidine. Building block in an enantioselective synthesis of 3,6-dihyropyridazines employing organocatalysts such a L-proline or (S)-2-pyrrolidinyl tetrazole. Utilized in the asymmetric Friedel-Crafts amination via a chiral organocatalyst.
Di-tert-butyl azodicarboxylate is a reagent used in the preparation of acyl hydrazinedicarboxylates via photoorganocatalytic hydroacylation of dialkyl azodicarboxylates with aldehydes in presence of phenylglyoxylic acid as photocatalyst., COA of Formula: C10H18N2O4
