Glycerides are fatty acid esters of glycerol; they are important in biology, being one of the main classes of lipids and comprising the bulk of animal fats and vegetable oils. 870-50-8, formula is C10H18N2O4, Name is Di-tert-butyl diazene-1,2-dicarboxylate. Esters typically have a pleasant smell; those of low molecular weight are commonly used as fragrances and are found in essential oils and pheromones. Application of C10H18N2O4.
He, Faqian;Shen, Guosong;Yang, Xiaoyu research published 《 Asymmetric Aminations and Kinetic Resolution of Acyclic α-Branched Ynones》, the research content is summarized as follows. An efficient method for asym. synthesis of acyclic α-tertiary amine derivatives RCCC(O)C(R1)(R2)N(C(O)OR3)NH(C(O)OR3) (R = cyclopropyl, Ph, thiophen-2-yl, etc.; R1 = Ph, 4-methoxyphenyl, 3-fluorophenyl, etc.; R2 = Me, Et, Bn, etc.; R3 = Et, i-Pr, t-Bu, Bn) has been achieved through enantioselective aminations of α-branched ynones RCCC(O)CH(R1)R2 with azodicarboxylates R3OC(O)N=NC(O)OR3 enabled by chiral phosphoric acid catalysis. Moreover, kinetic resolution of racemic starting material was realized under these conditions, which gave access to valuable enantioenriched α-substituted ketones (R)-RCCC(O)CH(R1)R2. A wide array of α-aryl and alkyl-substitutions, and the substituted alkynyl groups were well compatible with this method, producing both the amination products and the recovered ketones with good to high enantioselectivities.
Application of C10H18N2O4, Di-tert-butyl azodicarboxylate, also known as Di-tert-butyl azodicarboxylate, is a useful research compound. Its molecular formula is C₁₀H₁₈N₂O₄ and its molecular weight is 230.26 g/mol. The purity is usually 95%.
Di-tert-butyl azodicarboxylate is a reagent used in the electrophilic amination of β-keto esters catalyzed by an axially chiral guanidine. Building block in an enantioselective synthesis of 3,6-dihyropyridazines employing organocatalysts such a L-proline or (S)-2-pyrrolidinyl tetrazole. Utilized in the asymmetric Friedel-Crafts amination via a chiral organocatalyst.
Di-tert-butyl azodicarboxylate is a reagent used in the preparation of acyl hydrazinedicarboxylates via photoorganocatalytic hydroacylation of dialkyl azodicarboxylates with aldehydes in presence of phenylglyoxylic acid as photocatalyst., 870-50-8.
