The reaction was concentrated, dissolved in dimethyl sulfoxide/methanol (1 : 1, 2 mL) and purified by reverse phase HPLC using a Gilson system, eluting with 5-75% acetonitrile in water containing 0.1% v/v trifluoroacetic acid. The desired fractions were combined and freeze-dried to provide the title compound. MS (ESI) m/e 944.6 (M+l).
