Then it is filtered and purified by preparative HPLC with a water/acetonitrile gradient. The product fractions are concentrated to dryness under reduced pressure and the residue is dried under reduced pressure. This affords 21 mg (19% of theory) of the desired compound. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6, delta/ppm): delta=9.0 (t, 1H), 7.6 (d, 1H), 7.05 (b, 2H), 7.5 (d, 2H), 7.3 (d, 1H), 7.2 (d, 1H), 7.05 (t, 1H), 6.3 (t, 1H), 4.85 (m, 1H), 4.2 (t, 1H), 3.9 (m, 1H), 3.6 (t, 2H), 2.0 (s, 3H).
