The resulting mixture was heated at 90¡ãC overnight and concentrated under vacuum. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography eluting with ethyl acetate/petroleum ether (1/3) to give tert-butyl 4-[(1S,4S,5R)-5-[[4-cyclopropyl-l-(2,6- dichlorophenyl)-1H-pyrazol-5-yl]methoxy]-2-azabicyclo[2.2.1] heptan-2-yl]-2-fluorobenzoate 2a (176 mg, 58percent) as a yellow solid
