After filtration through a pad of Celite, the solution was concentrated in vacuo and the residue purified by column chromatography (petroleum ether/ethyl acetate, 80/20) to afford the title compound (4.9 g, 96%) as a brown solid.LC/MS : 233.9 (M+H)+. 1H NMR (CDCI3, 400 MHz) delta 7.84-7.82 (m, 2H), 6.99-6.97 (m, 1 H), 3.92 (s, 3H), 2.93-2.90 (m, 4H),1.76-1.67 (m, 4H, m), 1.63-1.62 (m, 2H).
