The resulting reaction mixture was stirred for 18 hours at room temperature. Acetonitrile was removed under reduced pressure and the crude solid was dissolved in dichloromethane and the dichloromethane layer was washed with water, dried over magnesium sulfate, filtered and then concentrated under reduced pressure. The crude solid product was washed with cold methanol and used in the next step without any further purification. Yield 1.8 g.77% MS (ESI) m/z for C15H17N3O4 = 303.12 (calcd) 304.2 ([M + H]+, found)
