The organic layer was dried over magnesium sulphate and evaporated to leave the title compound (0.5 g, 75%) as an oil. 1 H-NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3), delta=2.0-2.4 (m, 4H), 3.7 (s, 3H), 3.8 (t, 1H), 7.2-7.5 (m, 5H) ppm. I.R. (thin film) 2220 cm-1 (C=N).
